Full Language Immersion Summer Camps - Tuition
A down-payment of $50 is due at the time of registration.
This down-payment is credited to the tuition payment and non-refundable except under the conditions stated below.
Tuition: $455 per summer camp week per child.
The third week of camp (from July 2 to July 6) is a 4-day camp and is offered at the price of $370.
Families enrolling several siblings benefit from a sibling discount ($10 per day of camp for 2nd sibling enrolled, $15 per day of camp for 3rd sibling enrolled).
Families whose children are enrolled in classes and programs currently or in the coming fall at My French Classes, at Toca Juniors Soccer Club and at the Argentine School benefit from a $50 discount per week for the 5-day camps and a $40 discount per week for the 4-day camps.
Discounts are not cumulative. The most advantageous discount for you will be applied.
Before-camp program: $50 per summer camp week per child. (The third week of camp - from July 2 to July 6 - is a 4-day camp and after-camp for this week is offered at the price of $40).
After-camp program: $150 per summer camp week per child. (The third week of camp - from July 2 to July 6 - is a 4-day camp and after-camp for this week is offered at the price of $120).
Limited spots available. Before-camp runs from 8am to 9am. After-camp program runs from 3.30pm to 6.00pm.
Payments
Payments can be made either:
- by check (no fees), or
- by credit card (with fees).
Tuition can optionally be paid in two installments (before April 15 and May 15 respectively) or at once at least 40 days before the beginning of the summer program that your child is enrolled in. Tuition must be paid in full at least 40 days before the start of each program.
Reimbursement Policy
Your payment (including the $50 down-payment) will be fully reimbursed without any fees:
- if the summer camp program is already full,
- if the program that your child is enrolled in does not attain the minimum number of 8 students to be set up.
Cancellation Policy
If you have received a guaranteed spot but cancel your child's attendance before or during the camp program, your payment will be reimbursed in the following conditions:
- the $50 down-payment credited to the tuition payment is non-refundable,
- cancellation at least 40 days before the beginning of the camp program: 100% reimbursement minus the $50 down-payment,
- cancellation between 39 days and 15 days before the beginning of the camp program: 50% reimbursement minus the $50 non-refundable down-payment,
- cancellation less than 15 days before the beginning of the camp program: tuition paid is not refundable.
